At the age of 15, he attended a private school known as Sakura Academy which he was physically and mentally bullied at a young age for “riding his family’s legacy” for people to be
scared. Arrow didn’t want to be amafia in fact he actually wanted to follow in his mother’s footsteps however his mother divorced Komeji and took his little brother's bow. One of the bullying events ended with him consuming a cursed relic as he was forced to. The night he did his body started to changehe had slits near his eyes to act like another pair of eyes…the next days at school the bullying got worse until…he took care of it…they were..” missing” this incident was known as the "Sakura Academy fallout" this investigation was bad to the point an exorcist agency called"Black Spine Curse Extraction" was involved around the time students were doing the sister intern exchange event where every student needs to find a workplace to intern at as passing to move to the next grade. the executive of this exorcist Koga Hanamura wastasked with this incident as he sensed some presence with Arrow as a way of watching over him since he had his suspicions he took him under his wing as the intern to watch over him since the feeling of Ryutaro Xiaozou now having some vessel sounded too hard to believe.As Arrow continued to be in the agency he got stronger suppressing Xiaozous outbursts and he was able to break out of his shell meeting people and comrades he formed a close bond with his Sensei Terumi Kugisaki being able to learn from him and differentCursed energy properties and such. he also got a decent popularity at school being an Exorcist his personality started to shine more than the depressive dog he was. After graduation arrow as an 18-year-old decided to full-time work as an exorcist to escape the aspectof home life and be able to see his "family" On October 31 1986 a very bad incident occurred in Shibuya Tokyo where a mass killing from Curses and Demons happened. this event Exorcist lost there lives and not only that. Ryutaro Xiaozou has reformed as while Arrow wasunconscious he was fed 10 eyeballs at once taking innocent lives and wreaking Havok. As Arrow awoken he realizes what he has done and finds out the hard way how dangerous he is, how he is a..monster he can't process the emotions he needs to continueeradicating curses as he goes around he watches Terumi Die in front of him from an explosion. at the age of 18 Arrow witnessed it all as he lost his will to live. As Koga found Arrow. every curse was killed he sat in the crater of the mess he made killing innocent people,people who were turned into curses. a few days later he resigned from the agency and stole Xiaozous's eyeballs as of now he has consumed 15. he fled Tokyo and went to live at his aunts in Tokyo New Zenith. Arrow went back to suppressing Xiaozou locking himin some cage swearing he would never kill again. at the age of 20, he began his own mafia agency the Nishigoomi he does a variety of things, curse extraction and loan sharking, and instated the rule of no murder was made sure of before any intervention around this time heAdopted a Doberman known as Mondo Nishinoya. Arrow has come to terms with his past and now has gotten back He is a flirtatious 51-year-old man who wants to make it known he will stand on business and will never kill someone he
makes sure to give off an act with
business to make sure he is feared. his intensity is so overwhelming someone with a lower drive can fate with just a stare down. its well known he is a special grade as people can sense that cursed energy Xiaozou has inside of him.
